I do most of these exercises and find them to be the cream of the crop. I would, however, like to see more pushing and pulling bodyweight exercises represented. But, I know that calisthenics are more or less their own style of basically six exercises. But, in calisthenics, which is my preferred workout, we incorporate many of the exercises represented in this book.
