    I've found that there is no one workout style that is superior or that provides everything I want in a workout or in my fitness. That's why I enjoyed this book. It puts several styles together to form very effective and individualized workouts. It takes what I consider the best of yoga, pilates and Barre to give you balanced, effective workouts. Moreover, it breaks it down into the length of workouts you might want at a given time.

    I do most of these exercises and find them to be the cream of the crop. I would, however, like to see more pushing and pulling bodyweight exercises represented. But, I know that calisthenics are more or less their own style of basically six exercises. But, in calisthenics, which is my preferred workout, we incorporate many of the exercises represented in this book.

    So, if you're looking for effective workouts that fit into your time schedule and that will be effective and fun, with lots of stretching, you'll love this book and get lots of ideas to help you develop your own style of workout.

    Highly recommended.
