    I liked this book because before knowing the benefits of doing pilates exercises, you can understand that there are hormones that affect our metabolism and sometimes lack energy, it is because we as women are hormonally different from men, the stress we handle, all this is clearly noticeable that significantly impacts on whether we sleep well, how we concentrate, and even influences our weight. Hormones when they are out of control in our body affect our metabolic system, and that is why we tend to put on weight but if we have a good management of them and a little exercise we can have a healthy life helping the proper functioning of our body improving our physical appearance. Pilates has multiple benefits both physical and mental and is good for improving our lifestyle.
