Brilliant for me as a beginner into stretching exercises but I would say it would be good for experienced people too.
I have started a few months ago & found it made so much difference & this was just doing the basics.
So I purchase this book to gain more understanding & learn more stretching exercise's, this book is brilliant for the beginner & intermediate, highly recommend.
