    I was looking for a book that would show me exercises on different equipment and that book has everything I need!Especially if you’re on the start of your Pilates journey this book is a must have! Highly recommend.I’d just say that the cover does not look that appealing, but don’t be fooled! I got recommendation for this book from another teacher and it’s sooo worth the money!
