A well written easy to understand for the average or above reader.
Good service from seller.
Thank you, Dr. Vad!
This program will also help with neck, shoulder, and hip pain which are often simply a result of "referred" pain from a lower or upper back problem. Read it, live it, love it, recommend it to anyone you know who can benefit from stronger core muscles and less pain in their life!
If you have any lower back issues pick it up immediately.
There is a lot of chatter in the book about A, B, C and D. I recommend skimming through it then skipping ahead to the exercises.
He does the exercises everyday to strengthen his back.
We give a copy of the book to everyone that we know that has back issues.
Update 03MAY16 - It has now been four years since my last chiropractor visit. I do the simple 10-minute routine from this book four times a week and I credit that for my back health.
Update 07MAR18 - Learned recently that the Superman pose is not recommended. Fine with me; I hated that one. Replaced it with Bird Dog and I'm happy. If I make it until July, that will be six years since my last chiro visit.
Update 22OCT20 - Now over 8 years and still no chiropractor visit because of doing the exercises in this book. I've let others borrow this book and haven't seen it in months, but I memorized the simple routine years ago. Just remember: say "no" to Superman.
I cannot take anti inflammatory drugs and have been in very severe pain. Although I have done yoga for many years, the pain has been too much to even start on that. By following the very low stress exercises in this book I have started to improve (at about 1%/day!) I hope that another 3 months will get me back to almost where I was before I messed up!
Can't beat the cost of solving one's back problems.
Phys ed and doctors would've broken the bank and not helped
any more than this. Thank you Dr. Vad.
Not all back pain is the same and some needs more than exercise, particularly if skeletal based rather than muscular. However, if you're prepared to commit the time (12 months) to let this book work it is far and away the best thing you'll ever buy for your back.
That was three years ago. Since then, I've continued to do the exercises whenever I feel the slightest bit of back strain. And as the book encourages, I periodically do the exercises when I'm bored or just happen to be lying on the floor. I've done the exercises so much that I don't even need the book anymore. I've memorized them all. I've lent the book out and recommended it many times.
If you have regular back pain or have suffered a lower back injury, I can't recommend this book enough.
