Highly recommended for beginners who have started practicing yoga, and for those are feeling a platue in progress
What I like about this book is that it is aimed at beginners and intermediates with detailed explanations and clear photographs. Experts too would enjoy going through this.
This is not for beginners, one has to have experience at class and want more for home set up / practise.
I have been attending Iyengar yoga class for more than 3.5 years and I benefit a lot from Eyal's book series. Home practises and guidance from the book becomes my daily routine.
