Her instructions are precise, the pictures display a wonderful reference of the general direction of the pose. I have found many of these poses to be very restoring & relaxing. I can honestly say, I haven't followed any of the sequences in the back, I will typically use a pose in the book to add to my home practice.
You need to have a lot of props, and patience to read all the steps, but when you do so, the experience is incredible, your nervous system will thank you! :)
